Description:
PVC board is made of PVC as raw material and is the plate of
honeycomb mesh structure.Also known as decorative film and adhesive
film, it is a vacuum absorbing plastic film used for various kinds
of surface packing of panels, which is used in many industries such
as building materials, packaging and medicine.
PVC board accounts for 60% of the building materials industry,
followed by packaging industry and a number of other small-scale
applications.According to the degree of hardness can be divided
into soft PVC and hard PVC.The production process can be divided
into PVC skin foaming board and PVC free foaming plate.Transparent
and opaque can be divided into PVC transparent board and PVC board.
PVC board profile extrusion line adopt high efficiency plasticizing
extruder ( conical twin screw extruder ) , and pvc powder material
mixed as formula .
